Hi, I'm Chelsea!

From a young age, I struggled with self-doubt and a pattern of self-sabotage. Fear of failure, fear of not being good enough, and sometimes even fear of being too much kept me small for a long time.

After losing over 100 pounds as an adult and becoming a Certified Coach, I realized real change was never about what I looked like or what I achieved. It came from learning how to take care of myself, build better habits, and create systems that supported my growth instead of working against me. As someone who is neurodivergent, I learned that real solutions require more than surface-level advice. They require structure, sustainability, and support.

Today, I bring that same approach to my work. With my Google Digital Marketing Certification and experience in marketing, design, and visibility strategy, I help small businesses, Chambers, nonprofits, and rural communities build the systems they often do not have the staff or time to build themselves. I especially love supporting small teams and solopreneurs who are doing important work but cannot do everything alone.

I believe small towns and the people within them deserve to grow without losing what makes them special. My work is about helping them become more visible, more resilient, and more supported so they can thrive on their own terms. If that sounds like you, reach out, I’d love to help!
