"Tell the story of the mountain you climbed, it may become a page in someone else's survival guide!"

Hi, I'm Chelsea!

From a young age, I hated who I was and have self-sabotaged every good thing to ever come into my life out of fear. Fear of failure. Fear of not being good enough. Fear of being too much.

Growing up I was quite overweight from tasty, yet terrible southern eating habits that caused me to have to lose 100lbs in my adulthood. Once I hit that goal, I realized that happiness was never going to come from what I looked like or what I was able to accomplish, rather, happiness came from within via how I took care of myself.

I’m also neurodivergent meaning that the solution to my problems was harder to find than through a simple Google search. Telling someone who has trouble even getting out of bed some days just to “be positive and go for a walk” doesn’t cut it. I needed something more so I set out to find it.

After spending the last decade of my life learning about REAL self-care to where I could overcome my bipolar depression and become my best self, I’m here to break those misconceptions for you and show you how self-care is not only affordable but necessary!

I now specialize in helping women set boundaries with themselves and others to eliminate self-sabotaging behaviors while also learning the power of prioritizing themselves just as I had to. If that sounds like you, reach out, I’d love to help!

Keep up with me on IG @carryonchelsea
