Self-Care is more than bath bombs and chocolates, it’s the true relationship you have with yourself. Oh, and that relationship with yourself is not a luxury, it is a NECESSITY that it's a good one as you're stuck with yourself for life.


As a Self-Care Coach, I’m here to help break the luxurious misconception around self-care and help millennials and small business owners realize how affordable and necessary it is for our growth. The world needs you to reach your potential, but it starts from within. It starts with how you take care of yourself.

One-on-One Coaching allows us to go deeper into developing your self-care habits and the accountability through time to help you reach your goals! It all begins with you and here we get to focus solely on YOU, YOUR habits, and YOUR goals!

What's the Difference Between a Health and a
Self-Care Coach?

Technically I'm Certified to help you in both Self-Care and Holistic Health but there are a few key differences that I focus on now since my personal health journey turned out to be a self-care journey, I know what it's like to lose 100lbs and gain who you are and THAT'S what I want to help you with too!

  • I focus on more than your physical body. We will talk about your current nutrition and exercise, AND we will also talk about your mind, heart, and spirit, how you spend your time, your boundaries, relationships and so much more!

  • I don't develop meal plans or fitness routines for you to follow, rather, together we are going to create a routine around your life that SETS YOUR SOUL ON FIRE! 

  • Overall my goal is for you to be IN LOVE with ALL aspects of who you are, not just your physical body.

Step Into YOUR Own is a 6-Week Group Collaborative to help you step into more of who you are and what you want to bring to the world. We dive deep into relationships, mindsets, and get out of our comfort zones in the best ways possible!

During our sessions, we’ll create a baseline of self-care, map your needs to come up with a program that works for you, and create custom milestones to help you succeed in prioritizing yourself without guilt or self-sabotage.
