5) Payments are due on the 1st of Each Month.
If the retreat is all-inclusive, is there anything I have to cover on my own?
Your transportation to the retreat, souvenirs, alcohol, or additional snacks, will be the only thing that is on you as these are preferential. Everything else is covered including your meals, lodging, and all activities including the jeep tours, access to the hot springs, and ax throwing.
Are there payment plans available?
YES! We know that everyone has a different budget, but that budget shouldn’t deter you from taking care of yourself and having fun with us. After your initial deposit, we offer 3-5 month pricing plan options that you will choose when you fill out your application and payments will begin on the first of each month.
What is the refund/cancellation policy?
Your original deposit is non-refundable as well as any cancellations after August 1st. If you cancel before August 1st, you will receive a 50% refund of the payments that you’ve made outside of your deposit. After August 1st, no refunds will be issued.
Will I be sharing a room with someone?
The way that the cabins are set up there is one queen bed inside an individual bedroom and then two queen beds in each loft. As we have a jam-packed schedule outside of the rooms, we decided to offer most queen beds to be shared. If you don’t want to share a bed and prefer to have your own bedroom, you are able to with an additional fee. We also have the availability for a party of 4 to share the loft or for a party of 6 to have a cabin to themselves if you have friends interested!
What if I have Dietary Restrictions?
As you fill out your application, you will be asked about any dietary restrictions or preferences you may have. We will have a private chef throughout the entire retreat that is able to cater to the needs of everyone in our party and also puts a priority on sourcing from local vendors for the freshest possible ingredients. The final meal plan will be created after all restrictions are assessed and taken into consideration.
